GRP Domes
Our precision GRP spheres and domes are engineered to an exact geometry and made to order, either as a one piece GRP molding or segmented for ease of installation and logistical reasons.
GRP is ideal material for making domes because of its flexibility and durability. It’s fire retardant properties also gives GRP the advantage over other materials. GRP is lightweight in nature and hence its installation is quick and relatively easy.
GRP Floating Buoy
Small and lightweight, 650 mm Mooring Buoy can support a mooring chain up to 20 mm in diameter.
Manufactured from strong, durable UV-stabilized GRP, filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam for additional strength and durability. It is rotationally molded with a wall thickness of 7 mm and can be customized.
GRP Cornice
Cornices are custom made product in GRP, which are used for decoration purposes. In villas where roofing is designed and constructed to attract its admirers, cornices tends to support the roofing design as the complete set of roofing.
GRP is very lightweight. Therefore, it does not need much to hold it in place. Typically, 12’ of a small cornice will weigh less than 50Kgs. Comparing this with a similar size of GFRC which weighs 10 times more. So GRP can be handled by people instead of cranes.
GRP Shutters
A variety of GRP panels can be used as permanent formwork, for the decks of bridges, spanning between the main precast concrete beams. It is essential that the material is correctly specified as many commonly used resins can be attacked by the alkalis in concrete. Generally GRP permanent formwork will not contribute anything to the load-carrying capacity of the concrete (non-participating).
